About the Depo Points program

The Depo Points program is a special way of thanking you for your business. Whether redeeming your points for charity or cash checks, we want you to enjoy your choice as much as we appreciate your business. Points are sent with the invoice for each original deposition that you schedule in the state of Alabama. Merrill Legal Solutions currently has over 100 court reporters across the state and our worldwide network of affiliates are always ready to accommodate any request you many have.

Merrill Legal Solutions (formerly LegaLink - Foshee & Turner) would like to encourage all clients who have unredeemed paper depo point certificates to submit them to our Birmingham office immediately as all hard-copy certificates expire on January 31, 2009 and we will be unable to redeem them if received after March 1, 2009.

For every $50 you spend with us you receive one (1) Depo Point. Depo Points are worth $1.50 each.

Here are some of the ways you can spend your points:

• Charity – Make a donation to your favorite charity or memorial – 1+ points
- 20+ points
• Cash Check – Payable to the individual redeeming points - 20+points
